About MyOpsAgent

We build AI around the business. Not the business around AI.

MyOpsAgent exists to make useful AI practical for real companies without asking them to give up control of how their business works.

We combine company-specific knowledge, clear permissions, approved capabilities and controlled business logic so customers and teams can get help through simple conversation.

The objective is not to automate everything. It is to find the parts of a business where technology can genuinely remove friction, save time or make information easier to use.

Why we built it
Useful before impressive Controlled by the business Built to solve real problems
How we build Four things stay constant.
01
Your knowledge Use what the business chooses to provide.
02
Your permissions Different people can have different access.
03
Your rules Important actions stay inside defined boundaries.
04
Your requirements Build around how the company actually works.
Business first. AI second.
Why MyOpsAgent exists

Powerful AI is easy to demonstrate. Making it useful at work is harder.

Businesses do not need another piece of technology that creates more systems, more complexity or more things for people to manage.

They need practical ways to reduce repeated work, make knowledge easier to access, respond to customers more effectively and connect useful actions to the systems they already depend on.

MyOpsAgent was created around that problem. Instead of beginning with a list of AI features, we begin with how a company actually operates and identify where an agent could genuinely help.

The starting question is deliberately simple: what repeatedly takes time, gets missed, interrupts people or depends too heavily on one person?
01 — Real operations

The problem came before the product.

Years spent around technical teams and operational environments repeatedly exposed the same problem: capable people losing time to repetitive information, administration and avoidable interruptions.

02 — Software & automation

Better systems remove unnecessary friction.

Custom software and automation showed that processes could be made considerably easier when technology was designed around the actual workflow rather than forcing the workflow around the software.

03 — MyOpsAgent

Conversation became the simplest interface.

Modern AI made it possible for people to interact with business knowledge and systems naturally. MyOpsAgent adds the structure, permissions and business-specific capabilities needed to make that interaction useful.

Behind MyOpsAgent

An engineering mindset applied to AI.

“I built MyOpsAgent because I wanted AI to be genuinely useful inside real businesses without asking people to surrender control to it.”

My background is in mechanical engineering and technical operations, including more than two decades working around teams and processes in petrochemical and oil & gas environments.

Those environments teach a particular way of thinking: understand the system, define the process, know what can go wrong and make important decisions traceable.

Later, building custom software and automation reinforced the same lesson. Technology works best when it adapts to the real operating problem rather than asking people to reorganise their work around the technology.

That thinking became the foundation for MyOpsAgent: conversational AI where flexibility is useful, structured rules and permissions where control matters, and modular capability that can grow with the business.

How we think about AI

Four principles shape everything we build.

MyOpsAgent is designed around practical business value rather than adding AI simply because it is available.

01

Start with the problem.

A useful deployment should solve something identifiable: repeated work, slow access to information, missed opportunities or an operational bottleneck.

02

The business stays in control.

Companies decide what information the agent can use, who can access it and which capabilities or actions are deliberately made available.

03

Conversation should lead somewhere useful.

An answer is useful. An answer that can also collect the right information or complete an approved next step can be considerably more useful.

04

Expand only when it earns its place.

Start with one useful capability. Add modules, integrations and wider operational functions only when there is a genuine reason for them.

The engineering philosophy

Use AI where flexibility helps. Use control where certainty matters.

MyOpsAgent separates the conversational intelligence people interact with from the rules, permissions and approved actions that govern what the system is allowed to do.

AI is part of the system. It does not have to be the authority for everything.

Language models are extremely useful for understanding natural language, interpreting requests, finding context and explaining information in a human way.

But when a business process requires defined rules, permissions or deterministic decisions, those controls can sit behind the conversation and govern the final outcome.

That distinction is central to MyOpsAgent. It allows the experience to feel natural without treating unrestricted model output as the final authority over operational actions.

In simple terms: AI can understand the request. Your business decides the boundaries.
Understand Natural conversation and intent
Ground Your company knowledge and context
Control Rules, permissions and deterministic logic
Act Approved tools, modules and integrations
Where we're going

Start useful. Build towards something much bigger.

MyOpsAgent is designed to become more useful as your business finds more valuable reasons to use it, not as a collection of disconnected AI tools.

Start

A useful digital agent.

Begin with company knowledge, customer questions, internal information, enquiries or scheduling where those capabilities solve an immediate problem.

Extend

Add the capabilities that earn their place.

Modules and integrations can connect the agent to additional workflows such as sales, quotes, jobs, products or other company-specific requirements.

Operate

A simpler interface to the business.

Over time, the agent can become a conversational operating layer through which authorised people ask, understand and interact with more of the organisation.

That is the direction, not a requirement. A small business may only ever need customer questions and bookings. Another organisation may eventually connect far more of its operations. Both are valid uses of the same platform.
The easiest way to understand us

Don't start by asking what AI can do. Start with what your business needs.

Tell us what repeatedly takes time, what gets missed, what interrupts your team or which process feels harder than it should. That is usually a much better place to begin.
