Frequently Asked Questions

Onboarding & Setup

You can create a workspace by completing the sign‑up flow. MyOpsAgent provisions an organisation, applies our universal domain model, and guides you through your first scenario.

Yes. From Workspace Settings you can invite users by email, assign roles, and manage access per organisation.
Decision Engine

The engine receives a DecisionRequest containing the WorkItem, Resources, Constraints, and Context. It scores eligible Resources based on capabilities, distance, availability, and constraints, then returns a deterministic DecisionResult with reasoning_factors.

A DecisionOverride records a human change to an engine decision. Overrides are append‑only and never modify the original Decision row, preserving a full audit trail.
WorkItems, Resources & Capabilities

A WorkItem is a unit of work that needs assignment to one or more Resources. It is industry‑agnostic and can represent jobs, visits, inspections, deliveries, or sessions.

A Resource is an assignable entity capable of performing WorkItems, such as an engineer, trainer, vehicle, or room.
Security & Tenancy

MyOpsAgent uses a shared‑schema, org‑scoped tenancy model. Every domain table includes a non‑nullable org_id and all queries are filtered by org_id, preventing cross‑organisation access.

Yes. Our domain model and tenancy strategy are designed to support data export, deletion, and strict scoping per organisation.
