IT & integrations · Straightforward by design

Your software stays.
You control what connects.

Use the digital agent on your website without touching internal systems. If your business wants connected intelligence, we work with your IT team to agree the information, permissions and actions needed.

Two deployment approaches

Simple when it can be.
Controlled when it must be.

Most small businesses can start without an integration project. Larger organisations can decide where connected information delivers measurable value.

A · WEBSITE AGENT

Start with your website.

Add a small script and choose what your agent should know. It can answer from approved content without permission to read or change internal business records.

  • Choose a name, appearance and company voice
  • Supply approved company knowledge
  • Keep back-office systems untouched

A public website agent has no inherent right to view private customer records or booking databases.

B · CONNECTED BUSINESS CAPABILITIES

Add a connection for a reason.

When a particular problem calls for it, approved interfaces can allow MyOpsAgent to retrieve information or carry out an explicitly authorised action.

  • Agree which system and data are in scope
  • Set user permissions and allowed actions
  • Require human approval where needed

Integration scope, feasibility and commercial arrangements are assessed for each deployment; they are not a compulsory component of the digital agent.

Website implementation

One script.
Your configuration.

IT can review the website script and permitted domain. Your team manages the agent identity and approved knowledge in the MyOpsAgent dashboard.

The key shown in the script is a website-facing identifier. It must be restricted to the approved website domain; sensitive server credentials must never be placed in client-side code.

Illustrative script · Replace your site API key
<script>
(function () {
  const script = document.createElement('script');
  script.src = 'https://myopsagent.com/public/widget/embed.js';
  script.async = true;
  script.dataset.module = 'deterministic-support-agent';
  script.dataset.apiKey = 'YOUR_PUBLIC_SITE_KEY';
  document.head.appendChild(script);
})();
</script>

Use the current embed code issued by your own dashboard, not this example, when deploying. Site CSP and consent requirements may need adjustment.

What IT will want to know

Clear boundaries.
No invisible permissions.

Every connection should have a specific purpose, known access and agreed responsibility.

Information

Which approved source is used? Public company knowledge and authenticated operational records have different access requirements.

Permissions

Who can ask what? Access rules must distinguish website visitors, employees and authorised operators.

Actions

Which changes are allowed? Business rules, approvals, audit events and verification apply to connected workflows where configured.

The decision isn't made by generated text.

AI can interpret a question and explain the result. For operational decisions, MyOpsAgent uses its separate decision engine to check the business state and rules. Any system changes still require the configured authority.

A practical example

Keep your existing system.
Improve the handover.

A service business gets a customer enquiry. The digital agent can answer questions from approved service information—no connection needed. If the company later wants live appointment availability, an approved scheduling connection can be added.

Illustrative deployment scenario, not a claim of an existing customer rollout or a fixed-price integration service.

For your IT team

A defined use case.
A clear technical conversation.

We can discuss information flows, permitted actions, existing APIs and the controls your company needs—before anything is connected.
